By ordering from me, I assume you have read and accepted the following Terms and Conditions. These are subject to change at any time.
As a solopreneur, I’m dedicated to providing excellent service. However, there are instances where factors beyond my control may impact the outcome. Please note that the following Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable. Your business is valued, but you are under no obligation to purchase from me.
Order Dispatch: I guarantee that all orders will be packed safely and sent out on time. Arrival times may vary depending on location and/or time of year.
Shipping and Handling Policy: All photocards are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each photocard is placed inside a penny sleeve and shipped with a Shipping Shield. Shipping Shields are made of stiff cardboard and are designed to securely hold up to 10-15 photocards. If you have specific preferences for how your photocards should be shipped, please refrain from making a purchase.
Damaged or Lost Items: Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged in transit. If you prefer extra protection for your shipment, we recommend selecting FedEx as your shipping option.
Orders sent with USPS Ground Advantage include up to $100 of insurance. In the rare event that items are damaged during shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with USPS promptly. The seller is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that while the vast majority of photocards I receive from Weverse and other music stores are in mint condition, occasionally an item may arrive in less than mint condition. This is beyond the seller's control. In the rare case that you receive an item that is not in mint condition, refunds and exchanges will not be possible.
Reviews and Buyer Responsibility: Negative reviews citing issues with items that were lost or damaged during shipping or received in less than mint condition from Weverse and other music stores will not be accepted. Buyers leaving such reviews may be blocked from future purchases.
Wrong Item Received: In the rare instance that you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately via Instagram @moa_market34. I'll guide you through the steps to return the item to me safely.
Exchanges: If the item you received was sent by mistake and is returned safely in its original condition, I will happily exchange it for the correct item. If, however, the item is found to be damaged upon return due to inadequate packaging or any other reasons, it will not be eligible for exchange.
Chargebacks: Any chargeback attempts will be disputed. Buyers who initiate chargebacks will be blacklisted and have any subsequent orders canceled.
Issues & Concerns: If there's any problem with your order or if you have concerns, please reach out to me directly before contacting your financial institution. I am committed to addressing all concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
